Over the past 30 years we have been fortunate enough to have been involved in negotiating transactions for many local, national, and international companies as well as individuals across the city, state, and country. We have participated in the design, development, construction, and marketing of real estate projects both large and small, from single family residences to office and warehouse facilities in excess of one million square feet. In addition to our real estate background, we have spent several years in other political and business fields.

CornerStone Commercial Real Estate is a full service commercial real estate firm founded in 2000.  Cornerstone’s core business surrounds the acquisition, development, management and timely disposition of select real estate projects.  Over the last 30 years, CornerStone’s management team has overseen projects of all types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office and hospitality projects.  Being very selective about the projects we attach ourselves to and prudent in the timing of each has allowed us to be very successful in each and every project we have been involved in.

The management team overseeing each real estate project has a very diverse background in real estate, banking, government, construction and management. Our development experience includes more than 1.8 million square feet of real estate with a combined value exceeding $150 million.  Our brokerage experience includes more than a $500 million in total transactions, comprised of sales, leasing and buyer/tenant representation.  From a real estate management perspective, throughout our careers we have managed more than 2,000 residential rental units, 1,200 condominium or homeowner's association units and over 2.5 million square feet of commercial space including industrial, retail and office facilities.  We have also been involved in the management, development and operations of multiple hospitality and food/beverage operations as well as other unique business ventures with current annual revenues exceeding $6 million each year.

CornerStone Commercial and its management team is proud to have represented clients from individual investors to Fortune 500 companies.  CornerStone’s goal is to seek out real estate projects, partners and clients that share the same goals and philosophies we do.  Our goal is not to achieve growth through volume, rather our growth over the last eight years has come through focused attention to quality projects.
