| Originally from Denver Colorado but having spent the majority of her life in Omaha, Paula now considers herself a native Nebraskan. A single Mom with a 9 year old daughter Paula stays extremely busy. Having been involved in real estate since 1992, Paula has been a licensed administrative assistant for both commercial and residential real estate compainies in Omaha. Paula led the residential department for one of Omaha's largest producing agents and was involved in the listing and sales of multiple million dollars worth of real estate transcations. Paula currently assists the agents at Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate bring their transactions from listing to closing and also handles all of the marketing pieces and mailings. With 20 plus years of experience in custom service Paula brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. |

| Mike went to the University of Nebraska at Lincoln where he graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for Omaha Public Schools, he received his real estate education from Randall School of Real Estate in Omaha. Mike started with Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate in the Spring of 2005. He is from Libertyville, which is a suburb of Chicago, and has lived in the Omaha area with his new wife for just over two years. |

Bill Hipsher has worked in all aspects of commercial real estate over the last 14 years, recently focusing most of his time on development and management. Bill has overseen the development of more than $80 million in real estate as well as the management of more than 3,000 residential units and 2 million square feet of commercial space throughout his career. In addition Bill has participated in sale and leasing transactions exceeding $200 million dollars.
Bill participated with Mike Kucera in the start-up of CornerStone Commercial Real Estate and today oversees our management and development services division. Bill attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, is married and has 3 children. |
